Your shipping confirmation email contains your tracking link. Can't find it? Email us at support@harrowandlane.com with your order number and we'll check it for you.

How it works

• Processing. Within 3 business days.
• On its way. Tracking events update as the carrier scans it; there can be a few quiet days between scans.
• In Australia. You get an email from us at this point; delivery usually follows within a few business days.

You'll get a tracking link when your order ships and another email when it lands in Australia.

Later than the estimate? Email us and we'll chase it; you don't have to.
